Account deletion

Delete your Plom account

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This page explains how to delete your account in Plom: Uni Assignments, Planned, the Plom app for iPhone, iPad and Android. It also explains what is deleted and what may be kept. Plom is operated by Constantine Dean Karouzos, a sole trader based in Sydney, New South Wales (ABN 45 387 763 319).

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Plom and log in.
  2. Open the Me tab and go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Enter your password, then tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are logged out.

Ask us to delete it without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot log in, email support@plom.app from the email address you use for Plom, with the subject “Delete my Plom account”. We will reply to that address to confirm the request before deleting the account. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes the account and the app data that belongs to it, including:

  • profile details and login sessions
  • assignments and work-plan steps
  • conversations and messages
  • assessment records, progress snapshots and wins
  • saved outputs and saved memory
  • notification preferences and AI usage counters
  • login-attempt records for your email address
  • feedback reports linked to your account

What may be kept

Some records are not removed straight away, such as security and audit logs, telemetry records, launch-list records, backups, and diagnostic records held by our service providers. Plom keeps them only as long as needed for security, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute or operational reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy. A copy of feedback you sent from the app may remain in Plom’s support mailbox; ask us and we’ll delete it. To be removed from the launch list as well, say so in your email.

After an account is deleted, Plom asks RevenueCat, which manages Plom Pro subscriptions, to delete its purchase record for that account. Plom keeps its own purchase history for refunds and tax, with no name, email address or account number. Plom also asks PostHog, which holds Plom’s product analytics, to delete that account’s analytics records.

Subscriptions are cancelled separately

Deleting your Plom account does not cancel a Plom Pro subscription. If you have one, cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings, or in the Google Play Store app under Payments and subscriptions, before or after deleting your account. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.

Delete some data and keep your account

You can remove assignments in the app. To ask us to delete other specific data while keeping your account, email support@plom.app.
